I love this Merrill Garbus video where she’s sharing some of her favorite Youtube clips from 2011, and I love it even more for the onslaught of thumbs down votes and “WTF who is this weird lady” comments it drew out of the Youtube denizens.
I’m pretty sure those thumbs down are from hardcore Awilo Longomba fans who thought Merrill’s dancing didn’t match up to the real thing.
